Rubber "O rings" for Philips Turnolock

PostPost by: pereirac » Sat Feb 24, 2024 2:55 pm

Hi,
I recently purchased a Philips Turnolock radio for my Elan. As is common the little rubber "O rings" at the end of the two knobs were missing. I am not sure what they should look like but I bought two square section O rings off eBay for a couple of pounds and they seem to do the job nicely... Just thought I would share that. Square section O rings seem better than round ones.

On your recommendation I ordered a couple these square cut 'O' rings and you are right, they fit and do the job on the knobs perfectly.
Thanks for the tip!
