Please consider how you'd feel yourself on the receiving end of buying a car that had that kind of treatment. I doubt it's something you'd disclose to the buyer. It's virtually impossible to do that with a modern car with all that is embedded electronically.

Too true, and you are not allowed after it (similar to this) has been branded flood and why it is not allowed.
You are allowed to use the components of the vehicle, and in a flood car like this, after ______ including wiring harness is replaced I believe you are allowed to have it rebranded. Rebranding does not mean it does not include its history (flood in this case), it simply means you are allowed to insure and drive with new branding number.
