Gerry.
Thanks for your input.

I agree with your comments re Spyder sills and in particular with the great feedback on this forum.
Having researched the forum and made some inquiries from the usual suppliers I was about to buy the sills and all the other mounting plates etc.

Then I received the latest Club Lotus News; it has the red +2 on the cover - another inspiration for me to get on with mine; with the advert for PNM Engineering.
As I had not seen any reference to this company during the research, my inquiring mind wanted to know more about this company, hence my question on this excellent forum.

As to saving a few pounds; well in truth; by nature I always what a good deal, but not to the detriment of quality, functionality and ease of fitment. Having spent several thousands on the rolling chassis, I know I shall have to spend many more on the restoration of the body.

So has anyone any comments on PNM Engineering?

I did some research on PNM Engineering.

1) They are listed in "Club Lotus Directory of Specialists". These are approved suppliers who specilise in the marque and are recommend by members.

2) I spoke to Pete Musgrove of PNM. He informed me that he will have a stand at Donington and is taking several +2 sill kits. Note these are already sold, but are available to view prior to customers collecting them. He also has photo's.

I hope to view these prior to any collections, but I will take the opportunity for a discussion.
Then I must decide which supplier and get on with the body restoration.

Anyone on this forum used PNM +2 sill kits?
