source for "seat" (cup washer) under shifter nut

Anyone know of a source for the cupped "seat" that goes under the big nut of the shifter pivot? Is this a common ford part i wonder?

Also, what are our options on replacement gearboxes? I see mention of 5 speeds here but i thought that was an aftermarket swap from merkurs and the like? Are there sources for our 4 speed or 5 speed box?

If you mean under the nylon nut (or in some case the meta nut), it is common part on the Anglia and Cortina boxes also. I have some complete sets in the garage. Nylon nut with spring and cup washer. PM me if you want.
