Can you please give details of where you got the stainless top trim, rain strip and the clips, thank you?

I made the top trim (in mild steel then chrome plated), but they are listed in stainless steel on the type 26 register website: http://www.type26register.com/parts.html

The rain strip (furry bit) and clips I got from Woolies
