S4 clutch pedal

Should I have a return spring on the clutch pedal ?

My S4 has one, it goes through a hole just above where the cylinder push rod attaches to the pedal arm, back to the pedal box.

Yes it's not the most elegant arrangement but it should be there.

Thanks for the replys .I`ve got one but it looks non standard I thought it was another DPO mod
