Hi
Can anyone tell me where Lotus sourced the plus 2 wiper motor from?
I dropped the cover and cracked the magnets!

Surely there must be a cheap source of secondhand ones about.

The wiper motor is a Lucus motor and was used on many English cars such as Triumph and MG.

I have one listed on EBAY at the present time if you are interested.

Hi Jack,
I sourced mine from an Austin Allegro but had to swop the geared wheel to ensure the wiper throw was correct.

Mine on the elan is the same as the one on my bug eye sprite -- try victoria british ed
