Just as a side, I was an apprentice in the 60's working for a BMC Dealership ((Morris/Wolseley/Austin/Riley) and I was told at the time MOWOG stood for "Morris & Wolseley Garages"
I remember asking what it stood for because most spare parts came in boxes marked "MOWOG"

The S/E cam cover was originally .Hammertone Light Green which you can get from Hammerite. The works rally Lotus Cortinas used the BMC green for the cam cover, which for me looks better than the original Hammertone colour!
