Another hearty recommendation for Bill Schlossnagel; plus FYI he has an engine dyno.
And another recommendation for Ken at Dave Bean.

I'm in Carlsbad and would also be interested in getting together with others in the area.

For East Coast use Quicksilver Racing in Maryland. Their machine shop is simply amazing. These guys build more race/street engines in a year than most do in a lifetime. They know TC engines very well. I have had two TC built by them .

Barry Spencer - Spencers' European - former Dave Vegher employee in Rohnert Park, CA
Jay Ivey - Ivey Engines, Portland OR.

Discuss what you want with them and your budget. I'd trust my motor with any of them.
