Tony Thompson racing has them. He showed me a whole buch of the castings about a month ago.

The only difference between the output shafts in the 2 castings is the location of the circlip groove on the shaft for locating the inner bearing. The type 16 has a thinner inner bearing and the circlip groove is thus closer to the locating shoulder on the shaft for the inner bearing compared to the type 18 shaft.
Often replacement shafts come with 2 grooves to suit either application. Alternatively it is easy to change a shaft from one type to the other just by getting the needed groove machined in the shaft.
