Using the standard technique for measuring a 5_lug wheel the drive pegs on the KO hubs it appears to be a 5_x_132mm pattern. Can anyone confirm or correct this value? I'm building a lug-centric adapter hub to use on a tire truer and balancer.

This measurement is correct. The adapter fit perfectly with .425 diameter drive pegs which rattled a tiny bit in a brand new wheel which meant the spacing between the pegs was nearly perfect. Does anyone want a drawing of the adapter?
