Hi there,
Can anyone suggest the best way to remove stuck wishbones, especially the upper ones as mine are seized onto the pins. I really dont want to cut them off but may be forced to. The body is on the chassis by the way.
cheers
Mark

Mark,
Only thing I could suggest would be an oxie tourch , burn the rubbers out, remove the wishbones and the sleeves may come off the pins after heating, if not you coluld split the sleeves (grind) CAREFULLY !
Good luck Brian

Were you able to get the nuts off of the bolts? If so, you should be able to tap the bolts through using a large brass punch and a hammer. Mine appeared to be stuck, but I tapped the end of each bolt a couple of times with a hammer and then I was able to pull them out.

Before resorting to cutting or grinding anything I'd try applying some Kroil_Oil or Nut_Buster first. Both will eat through the worst rusted-on messes in short order. They normally never fail to amaze. Follow the instructions of course.
Good luck,
