Square drive push through bit for torque wrench.

I picked up a torque wrench 2nd hand recently but the square drive bit was missing. I thought it would be simple to replace but isn't. I have eventually found a place to get the specific one for this wrench but it will cost as much as I paid for the wrench. I am a bit miffed about this as I only wanted a cheap one for doing the wheel nuts.
Does anyone know where I can get one of these from in the UK? It is for a Britool EVTR3000. Looks like it might need a specific one as it needs to be longer than a regular wrench one to reach the central part of the tool. Does anyone know what I am on about?
Thanks.
Keith.

Can you not just get a piece of 1/2 square stock steel?

You could drill & tap two side holes to put screws in to stop it falling out of the wrench.
