Loctite no. 3 - where can i get some: pls HELP

as soon as we get into real winter, i'll be pulling tc (tommy cooper!!!!!!) in order to seal the ally/steel conflict - sandy ---- following rohans suggestion I NEED SUM

thanks colin - went there BUT loctite no. 3 isn't listed. do you coincidently know the european equivalent? i'll call em tomorrow as i also speak german - maybe you're using the stuff rohan is??? cheers sandy - it's F1 live, so i'm outta here sandy

Looking around the USA site there is no such thing as Loctite #3. Is this some old advice? Maybe replaced by som thing newer?

Look here again, on page 5. You should look for 80017 or 80018 or 80019 (as per Permatex numbers).

Have a look at this post - it appears that Loctite No3 Aviation gasket selant or its Permatex equivalent may not be sold in Europe for some reason? But the "high tack sealant" equivalent is

gooday elanites! i found a can on ebay.uk - even has the loctite number: 80017 .... or 19 - thanks for the assistance sandy
