That's made my Friday afternoon Matt...Cheers.
How's the rebuild coming on? Will you have it all back together for Donnington?

The Elambulance was not such an odd idea. At the time not only the Scimitar, but also Aston Martins, Jaguars and Rovers got the estate treatment, though never in big numbers.
Only two Elanbulances were made by Hexagon of Highgate and this one was the first. I have been fortunate enough to crawl over the one in your slide show and it has been done very nicely by the present owner (a wonderful Lotus fanatic). Green leather interior with yellow piping looks remarkably good in the flesh! It gets used quite a bit. The owner also had the second blue Elanbulance but sold it recently to a fellow in Sweden.

Hi Mark
Yeah hopefully I should have it back together for Donnington, going to try and fire it up today so will see how that goes. My to do list is very long on it, so i've booked a couple of days off work
