Millers VSPE shelf life?

Just woken my Sprint from its winter hibernation. I have two bottles of Millers VSPE on the shelf but not sure whether to use them. Each has a date on the side relating to 2017 - not sure whether that is manufacture date or use by date. Bottles are intact and still sealed - can I use them or should I buy "fresh"?
