That is one nice build you have there, and should turn some heads. Barry

Nice job Richard. 5 years of pure joy no doubt  I'm now at three years and hopefully, it goes off to get painted next week, very exciting!
That's a late registration. Don't seem to see many N reg cars ?
Well done.
Kev.

Lovely looking car, I hope we get to meet at a national show sometime. We have family in Torquay, but don't make it down there very often.

:)

Ian.

Very nice indeed, enjoy the pleasure of driving it around after all the hard work of the rebuild :-)

Thankyou all for the encouragement.

You would have thought after restoring an MG Midget and an Eclat in my 20's that I would of learn't my lesson, but no.
This restoration has been a labour of love. my knuckles have scar tissue from slipped spanners.
My wallet is still emptying(oh how my wife laughs).........and I still get annoyed at why things dont work as they should(handbrake what a stupid set up)
I must also say thankyou to the likes of SJ Sports cars, Sue Miller and Paul Matty.
As SJ is only a 20 minute drive away they are the suppliers of choice, but I tend to use the online facillity now
as it's a lot less hastle than having to talk to him on the phone
I would also like to say a big thank you to Bill who supplied me with the chrome trim that goes on the door where the glass meets the door, a nice guy. Matt I still dont know whether I've offended you or not. Matt I'm sorry if I did. I thought I'd made you a very resonable offer for the trim and you've decided not to talk to me anymore?

It's really is nice to part of a community that tries to help each other and not just for monetry gain.

Thanks again every body
Cheers Richard M
