New here but I was bit by the lotus big when I sat in a new Europa S2 in 1970. Since then I have raced an s3 Europa, restored an S3 Elan, cried over an S2 elite and built a 7 replica.
Currently I am putting an Elan S2 back on the road after 44 years of non use.
The car was set out in a field for 14 years after the engine was removed to power a Brabham that had blown an engine. A friend picked it up and worked on it a bit for 30 years! I convinced him to let me have it!
Oh and I also have an S2 Europa I am working on
