Tool bag material

This was addressed last year but going back through the search......I got nothing and it wouldn't allow me to go back any more than the first page. Someone kindly mentioned where the original Rhino type vinyl design material could be purchased although it doesn't have the jute backing.
Any of you folks recall where ?
