Great day today at Shelsley - lots of Lotus action and great to be at 'the world's oldest motorsport venue in continuous use' - hope this picture captures the essence of many years at Shelsley.

A fine historic venue indeed. But change is needed.
In my view the MSA and the MAC together need to take action to raise the left hand bank after crossing bend (more than the short distance raised a year or so ago), to contain cars on the track. Raised sleepers or Armco would do the job.

Until that happens cars will continue to be launched over the bank on the LHS. Sadly, I have stopped competing there.

Yes, some does look a bit suspect
