Twink rebuilds in SoCal?

PostPost by: cal44 » Fri Dec 12, 2014 1:31 pm

Can someone recommend a shop here in SoCal to do a Twink engine? I'm to stinkin' busy to pull it out and put it back in. A builder that won't try and B.S a B.S er', I'm to old and way to cranky to put up with that.

Thanks,
mike

Frank Monise Motors in Montclair might be closer. If they don't rebuild, they might be able to recommend someone.
I haven't used Monise Motors yet but liked their shop and have heard very good things about their work.

Bill Schlossnagel rebuilt my twink about two years ago,
and my daily commuter has been great ever since
( well until a jeep backed into the nose a week ago in San Diego)

Interesting that Southern California has so few techs. Seems as though most are mid way to North in the state.
Thanks all for the input.
