I'm restoring an Elite that contains a Lotus twin cam engine. According to Miles Wilkins, the installation was done in 1963 by Victor Grimwood.

Does anyone know Victor, or know of his whereabouts?

I can find eight likely Victor Grimwood's listed on recent UK electoral roles.

Since he used to work at Lotus, he could be one of the two who live in Norfolk, assuming he moved with the firm there in 1967.

If he remained in the north London area, he could be one of the four who live in the metropolis.

Not much help. However, you could contact the factory to see if the old employees association still operates, or contact Richard Parramint who worked at Lotus back in the 1970s and still conducts factory tours, as he may know something (http://www.positivespeech.co.uk/index.php/about-me).
