i am in difficulties to contact Susan of mickemillerslotus; the last contact/order was April 2016.
Since one year i send emails without receiving any replay. Does anyone have news?

She always answers the phone after a couple of tries, a great person for spares, advice and generally excellent service.

It would be best to edit that email address so that it is not recognised as such by spammers' gleaning robots. This is an open site, and we would not want to deluge Susan with spam.

Thanks, the email address that i used is correct, but after 7 days no replay. Sent on 13th and today is 20th.

I have waited for a reply for more than a week sometimes. But always got a reply eventually.

If you can phone that sounds like a better approach. I?m in California and not as easy to phone sometimes.

+1. In my experience she just doesn't do email but does answer the phone.
