I'd love to have one of these
https://www.rmsothebys.com/en/auctions/ ... 012/661661

Their site won't allow me to copy their pictures. Unfortunately there's nothing in any
of the pictures to give a sense of scale.

You have two options:
1- You can "save the page". All (?) Browsers have the option of saving a page, in Firefox it is "File" - "Save page as". You then need to select a directory (create a new one ! There might be a lot of files you do not want to have in "Documents" or "Desktop" it might be a mess !) and then the browser saves all files to this directory. Then you search for the image files within this directory. Sometimes can be lots of directories and deep structures ...

2- Source code shows these pictures links.

Clic on each and once loaded, right clic and the "save image as" (or something like that).
Do it before auction happens, after that they will delete them

they've been built in the south of France for a few years now scale (Violetta) 7/10 but engine 1/10 (160cc), though price is about on par with a full size one...

these "children" autos were discussed on the forum a while back, though I could not find the thread

The manufacturers website has a number plate with ELAN 2 on it - so that's wrong as well!
It's just a bitsa with no pedigree - it'll never sell ??

I?d guess that the majority of people that would buy one of these wouldn?t know one end of an elan from another so facts like those mentioned and things like the boot lid doesn?t sit properly and the bumpers look angled up/down will make no difference to them. I reckon that overall they?ve done a bloody good job. Making lookilikee wheels in what approx 1/3rd scale must have been a task in itself bet it sounds like a lawnmower too. I?d have thought 30mph in one would feel like 60mph and be quite terrify8ng.
