Booked... Not a lot of details yet but you can't refuse an offer like this, especially as it's free for Lotus owners and it's at the factory...!!

Absolutely gutted we missed out on getting tickets for this event (don't have facebook ), as we spoke to Helen at Goodwood and told us of this event and showed great interest is seeing my Plus 2 at the show. If anyone has a spare ticket we would be very interested in obtaining it.

The shuttle appeared to be for tickets obtained via a Lotus dealer.
I saw a post on Facebook that suggests the dealers only have ~20 tickets each anyway.

I think the limit is likely a result of the last couple of events (Hethel 50 ? and I remember there was another event a couple of year before that) - where there were big traffic issues on the day.
I think they are doing the right thing to ticket this, a bit of a shame that other events (Brands, Donnington, Snetterton venues ?) haven't been organised.

Hopefully anyone who was successful in getting a ticket and then can't use it will offer it up here..

It was pretty packed for the 60th Anniversary, the roads around Hethel were gridlocked. People attending were very patient, but probably anyone living locally was quite inconvenienced.

People came from all over Europe and further afield to attend. I think perhaps Lotus new owners will be a bit taken aback at how popular this type of event can be especially amongst owners of the past models.

I'm hopefully going to be there on the day, fingers crossed my ticket comes through.
Kindest regards

having booked my tickets on 10 august and received confirmation shortly after, I thought I'd chase the organisers as the tickets have yet to arrive. Has anyone else received their tickets yet?
They said they be sending them out early September..........

I used to have a letter from Lotus when GM took them over saying 'thank you for being a shareholder, we won't forget you and will invite you to open days ... '. It's only been 32 years but hopefully this will happen at then end of the month!
