Lotus drivers are abstemious

There is an article in Friday's Times about some research carried out into car insurance quotes by the MoneySupermarket website. Apparently Morris Minor owners are amongst the most prolific for drink and drugs offences.

However, Lotus sports car owners had no drink or drug convictions!!

More a function of the ability to evade capture - due to the nature of the car - rather than the avoidance of such substances I suspect. :D

Hmm, maybe the next Lotus should be called the Evade...
