There is a great little Club Lotus track day at Goodwood this Saturday. Always a wide variety of great cars along with nice views and lovely fare from the Control Tower Caf?.
Not the Castle Coombe bonanza, but nonetheless good convivial fun for participants and spectators alike.

Yes I?ll be there in my white S3 DHC, please come and say hi if you?re there. This will be the second year for me, last year there were a couple of others who also contribute on here.

Weather looking extremely windy but hopefully mostly dry.

Best
Steve

I'll try and pop down , but as I have sold the Exige it shall be the first day in 9 years that I won't be on track.
The Elan was 106db static so it shan't be anywhere near the track.

I'm thinking of popping over but I won't be on track. The car is nowhere ready for that!

Gutted not to have made it.
It certainly looks to have been a good day for it.
Have been busy and hopefully will be ready for the next one.

Damn, only just seen this and it's my birthday too! I've been patching up a split silencer so the car wouldn't have been ready anyway.

It must have been interesting in the gale force wind.

I dropped in for an hour over lunch (unfortunately). Lots of Elises and Plus 2s in attendance, but I saw only one Esprit (a yellow S3 I think). For me the highlight was the black Europa (which I think I saw last time) - fabulous car.
