Glad you've picked up on the flat caps; maybe this deserve a thread of it's own?
In my experience it's a feature of northern England. Neil and Richard (those donning the flat caps in the video) are both men of Yorkshire. I'm glad you couldn't see my cap in the videos, nothing like as stylish.
