Other classic car communities would kill to have a book like this on their car .

Hello,
the Engine Section Supplement is now available as softbinded version, as print-on-demand version.
It will take 5 days to be printed each copy (in December more likely to be 8 days !).

Shipping within USA (no islands, not Alaska)
I had thought that being printed in the US and delivered "locally" it could be cheaper for US customers.
"Basic" shipping is 3.80, but there is no tracking and no insurance. And no indication of transit time.
If you are fine with that, then its 23 USD.
Tracked and insured shipping is 10,50 USD more, total 33 USD.

So, you have a choice:
"BASIC" 23 USD
"Residential Ground" : 33 USD
OPTIONS:
Express printing (2 days): + 1 USD
Rush printing (1 day): + 2 USD

UK shipping (not islands)
No tracking, no insurance, 17 GBP
UPS Shipping ;19 GBP
OPTIONS:
Express printing (2 days): + 0,5 GBP
Rush printing (1 day): + 2 GBP

EU (not islands)
No tracking, no insurance, 19 EUR
UPS Shipping : 27 EUR
OPTIONS:
Express printing (2 days): + 0,5 EUR
Rush printing (1 day): + 2 EUR

There are also faster shipping options available, but they are expensive.
It also can be printed in Australia, but for shipping costs calculation I need an valid address.
