Hello, i have just joined this forum and have had a +2 for 1 year now.

I just read the story in the elan section about changing right hand drive car to left hand drive is this the same for +2 .

change steering rak
dashbord
pedalbox
park brake
alter electrics in dash

Is there anything i missed out ?

Love my car but being on the right is getting a pain on these european roads.

Thankyou and hope to learn lots here :D

It's the same but.... don't forget about the accelerator cable, the brake lines and clutch line.... also, finding a LHD +2 dashboard can be tricky, count your gauges. I say go for it, the wiring says, well, maybe.

Can't recall who it was nor what car but someone famous specifically bought a RHD car to drive in a "drive on the right" country so their chauffeur could step out onto the pavement and not into traffic.
