More big money prices

Lovely looking car. I particularly like the re trimmed, albeit not to original spec, leather interior - it looks to have been done well.
Difficult to fault the detail and the car should be worth that price when you consider its rarity and beauty but I suspect the market will decide otherwise.
I would be interested to know how many +2's have actually made over the ?20k mark

Snap, I did start this awhile ago. Summer prices are a lot higher than winter.

If I was in the market to spend that much money I would be tempted by this +2

Perhaps Spyder are now fitting them on LandRover chassis? That does look daft, and you must wonder why Spyder are missing one of the main design cues of the era and the Plus 2. Function over form?

Me too, but then I would - mine is the same! I do however sometimes miss the retro feel of that original perforated vinyl.
Paintwork looks very good. Be interesting to know who did it. No mention in the ad, it would be a selling point if it was done by someone with a good reputation.

I seem to remember Chris Evans saying he paid over ?20k for his. Although I may have imagined that

The screen price for copper knobs car was either ?27995 or ?28995, I cant remember exactly. I recall it as I was negotiating with the original owner to buy it, but alas, we could not quite agree on price, but it was a mile away from what PM was asking at the time. Annoyed with myself now, wish I had gone the extra ?500 that he wanted. Leason learnt.
