EMA7K,
I found it much better to email Emerald for advice, they will answer you.
Cheers

Yes i have been in touch with Dave at Emerald. Most helpful.
I've been delayed in trying to sort this problem out due to the death of a close friend. However, i am going to attempt to sort it out on Friday. Dave has offered to have a go remotely using Team Viewer but i'm not sure the laptop i have the Emerald software on is up to coping with the internet!
I need to have a go though as being on the Wirral its a fair old trip to either Spyder or Emerald especially if i get stuck in traffic as i would have to keep blipping the throttle and appear as an ageing boy racer!
On the good side the recent good weather means that I have been using my DHC sprint (EMA7K),
I'll keep you posted.
