Lovely to see the Graham Hill +2 back in circulation. I went to the auction at Brooklands when it was sold and ran a mile! Well done for bringing it back to life, there was an awful lot of work to do.

My +2 started life as the company car of Lotus Cars Managing Director Richard Morley, whom I am in regular contact with and he has driven the car a couple of years ago. Its really nice to have a car with a provenance. Mine featured in several promotional photographs while he was running it. Can you picture the one outside Chapman's front door and pillared porch in the rain? I wonder if it leaked through the door cards even then!

If Hills car was chassis #50/0418 as stated above it would have been fitted with Lucas rear lights - only the first 177 cars had the Carello units.

Looks great. Interesting that the records from the time don't give an engine number or colour, but then the records were always patchy!
